This guy is an absolute legend – and to lose the weight so quickly?! It does make me wonder if weight was the main problem all along; it’s such a shame to see that some people don’t always get the right advise or support that they need.

Rock on YOGA! It’s really helping with my core for tri-training too

      It is an amazing transformation.

I know a lot of people who actually have bad knees, and I probably know some who only think they have bad knees, but actually have other problems. When I first started to exercise regularly I thought my knees were bad. After a Dr. visit, and some Xrays showed no problems, I went to PT, strengthened the joint and found out my knees are just fine, I was just neglecting them by not using them!

Really inspirational! Thanks for posting. I always love to see how this sport has helped to transform people in such a positive way.

Me too. I love anything where people challenge themselves. Particularly inspiring to see someone overcome the kind of entrenched feelings of despair that Arthur must have had before his turnaround!
